WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME!!! I hope you enjoy your visit to the JAC-SAN RECORDS website. I’m your host, Jackie E. Spivey, President. Not the President of the United States! The President of JAC-SAN Records. That guy trying to look cool in the photo is me-just in case you hadn’t figured it out.
Most of the songs you’ll be listening to are written by, produced by, performed by, engineered by, copy written by, and published by yours truly, "The Prez". Other Artists you’ll be listening to are: my wife, Sandy, who sings, "I’m Here For You"; a song dedicated to our soldiers in the Armed Forces who are fighting in Iraq. Some wife she is: singing to all those young handsome men. And beautiful women too!! I must have a long talk with that woman.
Then there’s my daughter, Song. She sings, "L A IS THE ONLY PLACE FOR ME". I love Los Angeles too, including New York, Paris, Uganda, Hong Kong: to make a long story short…I love this earth and all its’ people.
Harmony: my other daughter. She sings her own song that she wrote: "I STAY UP". She loves her boyfriend. I used one of Warren G’s music tracks for this song. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Warren G for quite some time. Hey, Warren! Contact me and let's have a tête-à-tête. And there’s Anthony, my nephew, the rapper from New York City. He wrote and rapped half of the song, "REAL OL’ SCHOOL RAP", and then left town. I completed the second half of the song in defense for the elderly folks.
There are some people who would sell their souls to the devil to achieve their goals and desires. Not me brothers and sisters! I’d rather sell you a piece of my soul. My music is an integral part of my soul, externalized in the form of sound. Hopefully, my soul will touch your soul and you will experience and share with me the essence of love in music.
I’ve talked enough. I’ll let you listen to the music. But before I go, here’s one of my life’s beliefs:
"I drink that of the cup of experience;
And with it tilted, I yet not see its’ bottom."
Thank you for dropping in. Please come again.
